About HonkBack
From ficsit.appMakes self-driving locomotives honk in response to player waves or honks
With this mod, self-driving locomotives will honk if the player waves at them or honks another locomotive close enough for them to hear. Locomotives usually respond with "Toot-toot" but will respond with "Wail-Toot-toot" if you honk 5 times in rapid succession.
Waving typically triggers only one locomotive (there are checks to make sure that you are looking in the direction of the locomotive and that it's facing your direction) but honking can trigger several (all locomotives within 500 m will respond to a honk).
