HUB's Biomass Burner produce power without consuming fuel

A mod that makes the HUB's Biomass Burner produce power at a constant rate without consuming fuel, it's also capable of recharging Power Storage. As a ~~cheat~~ bonus, you can change its power output through Mod Savegame Settings.

Note: You still need to add a compatible fuel to start the generators, but rest assured that it won't consume anything.
