Adjusts Flying Manta heights to keep them from flying through your buildings

Adjusts the height of points along Flying Manta paths if it would collide with anything you've built.


It's not perfect, but it should help with larger buildings.


Checks for collisions on game load and again every 2 minutes. It only takes a few milliseconds, but this isn't really something that needs to be called every time you build something.
