About No Portable Miners

No Portable Miners
A simple quality of life mod that changes the default recipes of the Miner Mk. 1, Mk. 2, Mk. 3 and the Drone to not require portable miners.
Instead the recipes require an additional 2x Iron Plates and 4x Iron Rods (the same resources you would need to craft the portable miner)
