About Nuclear Buff

Nuclear power currently makes almost no sense to build. There are very thoughtful mods like Nuclear Rebalance Patch that explain this and carefully tweak the numbers. This mod just makes the normal nuclear loop produce 10x the amount of power it does in the unmodded game... and I'm still not sure it's worth it. Feel free to provide feedback on GitHub if you think further buffs are needed.
Note: This is very intentionally not a rebalance patch. There are no nerfs in this mod. Line only goes up!
