Adds fences suitable for ramps

Description

Adds new fences for ramps.

Note: I've unfortunately had to abandon the mod as I look to go to University. If you'd like to take over, send me a DM on discord JoshQuake#4215 and I can send you the files.

How to Use

You can unlock it through a T1 milestone with 50 Iron Rods.

Costs the same as regular fences to build (5 Iron Rods).
