The Mob is a growing series of faction-focused mods that brings new criminal groups, stories and atmosphere to the world of Hyland Point.

After the takeover - you are the boss, right?

Beyond the takeover you are able to create your own quests and define your own "kind" of famiglia. Create repeatable quests with a different lore, without Don and the ranking system:

• Smuggle - Cocaine / Pumpguns
• Protection - Money
• Kill a target for the famiglia
• Passive income from the famiglia
• Informanti (find the note - new late-game series) - a short heist mission. Your Pizzo-paying

contacts reveal Benzies' hideouts to you and you steal the cartel's cash directly from their drops.

Create your own quests for Lucky or his underboss's:

• Kill a target - you have to choose (first-name selector via A-Z)
• Bombs - anywhere you want, per player-location-detection
• Brawl - send Lucky's men to lure around, scout the area, and give them your signal to attack.

They'll fight officers or benzies in that area and everything that comes with later updates

• Crossover questlines with and for other criminal groups possible
• Kidnap any npc inside or outside

Part of The Mob Series

The Mob is a connected collection of faction mods set in Hyland Point. Each release introduces a new criminal organization with its own lore, characters and ambitions, all sharing the same evolving underworld.

Installation

Install through a mod manager, or drop the DLLs for your game backend into your Mods folder:

• IL2CPP (the default Steam branch): TheMob.Il2CPP.dll and TheMob.Connector.Il2CPP.dll
• Mono (the alternate branch): TheMob.MONO.dll and TheMob.Connector.MONO.dll

Use one backend only. Never put both pairs in the folder at once - MelonLoader would load the mod twice.

Requires MelonLoader and S1API. SteamNetworkLib is optional and only used for co-op; the mod loads and plays fine without it.

Compatibility

Built and verified against Schedule I 0.4.6f13 and S1API 3.1.15, both backends.
