Remote inventory retrieval tool - Quickly find and retrieve items from within range of a bonfire. Important: Must be part of a tribe.
Confirmed working on latest Singleplayer and Multiplayer - Windows and Linux Dedicated Server.
WHAT IT DOES Search, filter and sort camp supplies, then withdraw from ELIGIBLE (non-tribesmen, non-crafting bench) storage within the range of your bonfire (or overlapping bonfires). Using Quartermaster selects a nearby same-tribe bonfire and connected overlapping fires. Close and reopen after travelling to another bonfire.
To Use: 1. Craft Quartermaster for 1 Branch + 1 Stone. The recipe is learned automatically, craft from your own inventory. 2. Put the reusable item on your hotbar. Use it inside your tribe's bonfire range. 3. Confirm you see your bonfire in top left of GUI header, search/filter, then Withdraw a quantity and confirm. - Click once on an item (non-stacked) to withdraw immediately. Click Withdraw button on stack to grab multiple. - Fill 'Er Up will withdraw as many as you can hold (based on weight and slots in bag free). Refresh after contents change. Escape closes.
CLIENT INSTALLATION - WINDOWS Subscribe above, finish Steam's download and enable Quartermaster in Soulmask's Mods menu. Restart after updates; client/server versions must match.
DEDICATED SERVER - WINDOWS / LINUX 1. Back up saves/settings and stop normally. 2. Add -mod="3798747024" to your launch command. If -mod exists, append the ID: -mod="EXISTING_MOD_ID,3798747024" (replace the placeholder with your IDs). Preserve other arguments. Both platforms use this command and Workshop item. 3. Start; wait for downloads/loading and check logs before joining.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND BUG REPORTS - Missing recipe/interface or failed join: check enabled mod, matching versions, completed downloads and restart. Check server download/load errors. - Empty list: check the selected bonfire, camp/tribe access and filters; refresh. - Disabled/failed withdrawal: free a slot and weight capacity, check source access and remaining stock, then refresh before retrying. Include GUI footer/Soulmask versions, server OS, other mods, reproduction steps, expected/actual result and a screenshot or relevant log excerpt.
