The new variant features a larger sail that you can walk under, as well as a gangway ramp that embeds into the deck. The gangway is also colored bronze to blend in better. The photo shows all the basic pieces installed including the dock and skis. The unlocks are the same as the standard version. You can also add the boat from the admin building menu.
