Flight School

Helicopter practice for Squad: landings, supply runs, combat targets and PvP on 14 maps.

Choose a helicopter in F5 and a practice mode in F6. Each pilot has their own landing progress and supply-run objectives.

Landing practice

• Follow a route or visit landing zones in any order in free flight.
• Zones of 20, 12, 7 and 4 metres. Select several difficulty levels and set the distance between route points.
• Landing quality, average approach time and session statistics.
• Optional navigation arrow and guidance beam.

Supply runs

Fly construction and ammunition to your personal FOB and unload through the helicopter's resource menu. Once both stores are empty, the FOB disappears. Return to a main helipad, refill and fly to the next location. Other pilots cannot see your FOB, and its removal costs no tickets.

Combat practice and PvP

• Marked infantry squads and light, medium or heavy vehicles. Select target categories, a target count and spawn distance.
• Passive targets or combat mode with return fire. Optional vehicle weak-point colours.
• PvE by default. PvP requires both pilots to opt in; main bases remain safe zones.
• Challenge another player to a landing race, timed task, target destruction or a 1v1 air duel.

Settings

• Unlimited or standard ammunition; optional automatic reload after an empty magazine.
• Full helicopter repair from the menu or with a key of your choice.
• Optional helicopter invulnerability and rocket-shake toggle in PvE. PvP keeps normal shake.
• Move HUD panels, hide individual panels and save their positions.
• Interface follows your game language.

Controls

• F5: choose a helicopter while on foot.
• F6: modes, settings, repair and player challenges.
• F7: start or restart landing practice.
• F8: show or hide custom HUD panels.
• B: choose a map or vote. A vote notification does not take control away from pilots.
