Hosts (fireteam, dedicated server, standalone) specify radio stations and their respective songs. Vehicles will then be able to tune in to these station, as you would IRL. If multiple vehicles tune into the same station, they will be in sync.
Currently, drivers can change stations and toggle the radio via hotkeys or in game widget. Volume is adjustable on a per-player basis by the in game widget so you can disable music all together.
Keybinds:
END - toggle radio Page Up - Next Station Page Down - Previous Station
