Auto Fuel Mixer (Configurable)

This is a very simple code that will let you set up a Mixer without having to worry about blowing a pipe.

It's also very commented to allow users to learn from it and to modify it if they want to do other types of mixtures like a breathing mixture or a greenhouse mixture.

Requirements:

• 1 x Gas Mixer
• 3 x Pipe Analizer
• 1 x IC Housing
• 1 x IC Chip
• 1 x Labeller
• 1 x Computer with an IC Editor motherboard
• Enough Cable

Setting up: [olist] [*] Export the code to the IC Chip using a computer (You must connect an IC Housing data port to the computer data port)

[*] Set up your pipes in a way that the input 1 of the Gas Mixer is connected to the H2 line and the input 2 to the O2 line (or you can do it reversed but you should modify the line in the code with the setting for the mix else you'll get 2 part O2 per H2)

[*] Put a pipe analyzer in each of the input lines of the mixer and in the output line too

[*] Put your IC Housing in the analizer and mixer network and wire everything accordingly

[*] Label the Pipe Analizers and the Mixer to be able to recognize them in the network

[*] Put the IC Chip with the program in the IC Housing that will control the mixer and turn on the IC Housing

[*] Turn off the IC Housing, now the screws are named and you can set them to the mixer and the analizers accordingly

[*] If the screws where set correctly, now you can turn on the IC Housing and everything should be ok [/olist]

What's in the code?

This code will set a mixer to produce a mix of 66.67% of the input 1 and 33.33% of the input 2 while locking the Mixer to avoid tampering.

When it will stop? (Configurable)

• If the temp of any of the pipes is above 17°C (to avoid unexpected combustions)
• If the pressure of the O2 pipe is below 500 Kpa (to avoid depleting your O2 reserve)
• If the pressure of the H2 Pipe is below 20 Kpa
• If the pressure of the Fuel Pipe is above 20 Mpa (to avoid bursting a pipe)

Important Notes Regarding Input Lines Temp:

If the H2 line and the O2 line have a very different temp, this will provoke and imperfect mix due to the mixer mixing by pressure (this is the actual behaviour). For example: if your O2 is supercooled (-70° C) and your H2 is at 10° C, this will give a mix with more O2 than the intended (because you can fit more moles per kPa due to cold). I suggest that you try to equalize the temp of the input lines to get the exact mix you want.
