CableTypeSwitcher

CableTypeSwitcher adds an in-game console command for inspecting cable networks and switching cable types.

Commands

• CABLETYPESWITCH - show short usage and list valid cable networks.
• CABLETYPESWITCH <network_id> - show cable type counts in one network.
• CABLETYPESWITCH <normal|heavy|superheavy> <network_id> [keepcolor] - convert a network to the selected cable type.

Color behavior

• Default: converted cables get one random color for the whole operation so the changed network is easy to identify.
• keepcolor: replacement cables preserve the original source cable color.

Superheavy long straight cables

Stationeers now has long superheavy straight cable variants. When converting those to normal or heavy, the mod splits the long cable into individual straight cable segments so the original run length is preserved.

• Network IDs can change after cable replacement.
