Better stack splitting for normal stacks, plus optional splitting and drag-to-merge for ingots and other quantity items.

What it does

• Regular stacks (cables, ore stacks, etc.): Adds a split amount row under Split One and Split Half when the item already supports vanilla splitting. Use the slider, type a number, or hold - / + for quick nudges.
• Optional ingots and reagents splitting (config, off by default): Turn on EnableConsumableSplit in the mod config to get the same split bar plus Split One / Split Half for quantity items that usually never get them. Split pieces try your other hand, a matching partial stack, or a free slot on your suit and gear.
• Optional stack merging for ingots and reagents (config, off by default): Turn on EnableConsumableRecombine to combine two stacks of the same ingot or reagent by dragging one onto the other in inventory, when there is still room before the stack limit.
• Multiplayer: The host or dedicated server needs this mod installed and the same optional settings enabled, or other players' consumable splits and merges will not apply.
