Hard Planet

A small moon of Europa, a rocky body with a thin atmosphere containing nitrogen, and the planet itself lacking ice and coal deposits. The only way to survive is hydroponics. Can you survive?

If you want to experience survival exactly as the author intended, do not buy water and hydrogen from merchants. Unfortunately, I cannot change this, but obtaining water and hydrogen, according to the plan, should only be obtained through hydroponics.

Storms are a time for the accumulation of essential gases.

Powerful storms erupt across the planet, significantly increasing the temperature. During storms, carbon dioxide deposits evaporate into the atmosphere, and this is the only time you can obtain this gas. Solar storms, during the daytime, even evaporate liquid nitrogen ice, which only appears in the atmosphere during this period.

Survival Tip

To survive, you will need to obtain oxygen from plants and hydrogen from their decomposition in a composter, which can then be used to obtain water by burning hydrogen.

Regular coal is replaced by wood coal, which can be obtained by burning biomass.

Be sure to familiarize yourself with the available starting resources. You have starting coal for steel making, and ice: water, oxygen, and hydrogen and nitrous oxide for the furnace.

A lightweight starter kit is also now available, with an increased number of starting items, additional water barrels, additional breathing gas canisters (additional batteries for the DLC robot), and an air conditioner with a powerful coolant for quickly heating a 3x3 base during the day and maintaining the temperature for several days using only the coolant.
