OmniLink - Wireless Data Network Bridge
OmniLink is a premium logic mod for Stationeers that introduces the OmniLink Sender and OmniLink Receiver. It allows you to wirelessly bridge separate data/cable networks, bringing remote outpost sensors, batteries, or solar arrays directly into your main base logic systems and IC10 computers.
================================================== NEW: OMNIBRIDGE RELEASED! ==================================================
OmniLink now has a new and improved big brother: OmniBridge! OmniBridge adds support for wireless power routing (with backup networks), 4 configurable physical ports per device, dynamic 3D floating port labels, and a dedicated low-power wall-mounted diagnostics monitor screen. Check it out on the Steam Workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3748368905
================================================== KEY FEATURES: ==================================================
- Seamless Network Bridging: Devices on the Sender's network are merged into the Receiver's network's discovery list. Dials, Logic Readers, Logic Writers, and IC10 computers on the receiver's side see remote devices directly as if they were local.
- Bidirectional Control: Read from or write to (control) remote devices. Set up steering for distant solar arrays, toggle remote batteries, or monitor outpost tanks from a single terminal.
- One-Way Isolation: Communication only flows from Sender to Receiver. The Sender's network remains isolated and cannot see or control devices on the Receiver's network.
- Multi-Sender Support: Receivers can tune into a channel number or a named channel to aggregate devices from multiple senders at once.
- Full Power & Distance Isolation: Data transmission uses direct reference logic—no distance limits, and absolutely no power transfers between the networks. Outpost power grids remain isolated.
- Named Channels (Labeller QOL): Match links using the Labeller. Set the same name on a Sender and Receiver (e.g. "Main Solar Array" or "H2 Outpost") to link them automatically. Falls back to numerical dials if not custom-named.
- Connection Link LEDs: Smart indicator LEDs on the chip housing tell you if a link is established (Green) or if it's searching for a partner (Red). Hovering over the chip shows detailed tooltip counts of active links.
- Fully Configurable Power & Recipes: Use the BepInEx config file to: - Configure power consumption for senders and receivers independently. - Choose your recipe cost tier (Super Cheap, Cheap, Normal, Expensive) to balance gameplay progression.
================================================== INSTALLATION & SETUP: ==================================================
- Enable OmniLink in the in-game Mod Manager menu (Workshop -> Mods). - Requires StationeersLaunchPad (SLP) / BepInEx to load custom C# logic.
================================================== VERSION HISTORY: ==================================================
- v1.0.4 (July 3, 2026): * Fixed for sanitation update: updated PlayNetworkSound call signature.
- v1.0.3 (June 24, 2026): * Made logging configurable and off by default.
- v1.0.2 (June 21, 2026): * Dynamic Recipe List Generation: Fixed fabricator UI recipe list synchronization by calling GenerateRecipieList() after remapping recipe objects. * Dynamic Recipe Cost Tier Overrides: Added Harmony prefix patch on DynamicThingRecipeComparable.AddRecipe to dynamically override the XML recipe cost to the configured tier on startup.
- v1.0.1 (June 20, 2026): * Thread-Safety: Added synchronization locks to prevent concurrent modification exceptions during asynchronous logics or complex multi-grid discovery ticks. * Improved Aesthetics: Shader tinting now multiplies original color maps to preserve texture details and disables unpowered emission glows. * Screwdriver API Fix: Updated slot deconstruction checks to use the newer SourceSlot.Get() API. * Prefab Stability: Configured prefab templates as NotSpawnable to prevent issues with game database instantiation.
