TWO CLICKS. THE WHOLE LINE.
Cables, pipes, chutes, frames, walls and cladding laid from one point to another in a single action, with the long pieces you allow.

✨ What it does
- 📏 Lines. In construction mode, hold Left Shift and click, move to the far end, hold to build. Or tap Z to start a zoop without holding. Cables, pipes and chutes, as far as the materials in your hand go.
- 📍 Waypoints. Middle mouse adds a corner to the run, V removes the last one.
- 🔀 Corners at both ends, a T at a checkpoint. Line the first piece up with a port or an open end before you start and the run turns out of it with a corner. When the far end stops beside a port or an open end, the last piece turns into it too. Set a checkpoint beside a port and run straight through it, and that cell becomes a T junction. AutoBendEnds and JunctionAtWaypoints in the config switch them off.
- 🧱 Surfaces. Frames, walls and cladding fill the largest flat area between two points. Every cell gets the shape picked in the construction panel, and a piece that sits on the face of a cell keeps the face and the turn it had when you started. Cladding from other mods, More Cladding and Insulated Cladding included, zoops the same way. No waypoints there, and nothing goes where another frame, wall or big structure already is.
- 👀 Long pieces you can see. The x3, x5 and x10 pieces are shown in a panel above your hands while you zoop. Equals (the key beside minus) allows more of them, minus blocks them. Each cell has a green border when that length is in use and a red one when it is blocked, and a blocked piece is dimmed. Scroll while you zoop to pick the piece that ends the line, exactly as a single placement would put it there: a corner, a T or a cross sits in the last cell turned like your cursor, rotate keys included, and the x3, x5 or x10 straight takes the last cells of the run when it is long enough for it. The Cable Tray from Re-Volt zoops as well, straight runs only for now, with its x3, x5 and x10 pieces.
- 🔫 Zooping Tool. The Cable Gun is now the Zooping Tool: four rows of three slots (cable coils, chute kits, gas pipe kits plain or insulated, liquid pipe kits plain or insulated), a cable tray row under the cable row when Re-Volt is loaded, then a last row of wire cutters, battery, wrench. X picks the row, Z the kit in it, right click raises the hologram, scroll picks the variant. Tap left click to start the zoop; hold it to place a single piece and keep the hologram up. Checkpoints, undo and hold to build work as with a kit in hand. Always on with no off switch; the battery only pays when a piece is placed. With the hologram down, aim at a cable, pipe or chute and hold left click: the cutters or the wrench in the tool take it apart and the kit goes into the tool, as it does for a cut made with the tool in your other hand and for bulk deconstruction. While you zoop, the panel above the hands lists what will be placed, how much of the kit it costs and how many cells were skipped. With the tool in hand Z no longer starts a zoop.
- ➕ Merging. A run that crosses a piece already built merges into it, a straight becoming a T or a cross, only when the kit's tool is at hand: wire cutters for cables, a wrench for pipes, in your other hand or in the Zooping Tool, the game's own rule. Without it, and on any long piece, that cell is skipped: a red X marks it, the run carries on past it, and you cut and redo that spot by hand. A cell that already holds the very piece the run needs is skipped quietly. Merging into a 3, 5 or 10 cell straight, which used to leave the straight whole with the new piece on top, is refused for the cursor too.
- 🧹 Bulk deconstruction. Press N with wire cutters or a wrench, click any cable, pipe or chute, and the whole connected network comes down. With the Zooping Tool in hand and the tool in its slot, press N, aim, and hold left click as for a single cut; the kits go into the tool. The mode switches off once the network is down; Shift+N keeps it on from one network to the next until you press N again or change tools. Powered and pressurised networks are refused. A Re-Volt Cable Tray run comes down with the wrench as long as no cable, light, heavy or super heavy, is joined to it.
- 🌐 Multiplayer. Works joining any server as a client. Every key can be changed in the game's own Controls settings.
🔗 Where it comes from
This is the RIS build of ZoopMod by Nivvdiy and MerGatto, source at github.com/Nivvdiy/ZoopModRecovered, itself carried on from Elmotrix, jixxed, Katsuk, tsholmes and James Kingsley. Everything up to 2026.26.08 is their work. This build changes how the long piece panel shows its state and adds the corners at both ends of a run. Unsubscribe from the original before using this one; the two cannot run together.
🧩 Requires
Plugin (code) mod. Install BepInEx with the StationeersLaunchPad plugin first. Client side: works on any server. The Zooping Tool builds on any server too; for its battery to run down on a dedicated server the server needs the mod as well.
