Adds the Norsec TTY-6 Serial Terminal: a free-standing computer block - monitor, desk unit and keyboard - with no processor and no storage. It is a character display and keyboard wired to a 7-register memory-mapped UART: IC10 circuits print to it and read typed input from it with get/put. Click the screen to type; each keystroke is delivered directly to the input buffer.

IC10 quick reference (device d0): put d0 0 char - print one ASCII character put d0 1 str - print a packed string, e.g. put d0 1 STR("HELLO ") get r0 d0 0 - pop next typed keystroke (0 if none; Enter=13, Backspace=8) get r0 d0 2 - characters waiting put d0 3 1 - clear screen (2 flush input, 4-7 transfer modes, 8/9 local echo) put d0 4 row / put d0 5 col - move the cursor; get reads it back put d0 6 c - set the text colour for what prints next (0-11 standard logic colours, e.g. Color.Red; -1 default green) Control codes: 8 BS, 10 LF, 12 FF, 13 CR, 127 rubout, 133 newline (CR+LF). Logic: Setting (write packed string), Quantity (input waiting), Error (input overflow), Color.

Local echo (put d0 3 9) displays keystrokes on screen immediately, without circuit involvement. Memory is volatile: power-cycling the terminal wipes screen, buffer and modes. Full API: API.md in the mod folder.
