Sorter Motherboard Improved

Fixes several long-standing interaction and multiplayer sync issues with the Sorter Motherboard UI.

• Proper Scroll Handling
• Scrolling over the filter list no longer cycles your hotbar slots. Mouse wheel input now correctly stays within the UI.
• Working Filter Dropdowns
• Filter type dropdowns are now fully interactive. Clicking entries and using the scrollbar works as expected.
• Improved UI Interaction
• The motherboard interface remains usable even when intersecting nearby objects or structures.
• Multiplayer Filter Sync (NEW in 0.2.0)
• Sorter filter configuration now syncs correctly across all connected clients and survives disconnects/rejoins. Previously, only the client who originally set up a sorter's filters could see them — everyone else, including that same client after reconnecting, saw an empty filter list, even though the sorter itself kept working correctly behind the scenes. Any client can now configure a sorter and the result is visible to everyone, live, and correctly restored on rejoin. Verified on a real dedicated server with multiple non-host clients.

• Install on host/server AND all clients — filter sync requires the mod on both ends as of 0.2.0. (The UI-input fixes alone still work with a client-only install, but you'll miss out on filter sync without the server-side install.)

• Fixed: Sorter filter configuration is now properly synced in multiplayer. Filters set by one client are now visible to all other connected clients, and correctly persist across that client's own disconnect/rejoin — previously this only worked for whichever single client had most recently made the change, and never survived a rejoin even for them.
• Fixed: A follow-up sync-loop issue found during dedicated-server testing, where every filter sync would echo a harmless-but-noisy extra network message back to the server.
• Changed: No longer purely client-side. Install on the host/server as well as every client for filter sync to work. (Existing UI-input fixes still function with a client-only install.)
