Steel and Solar control starting supplies

This mod adds starting supplies to get your base building and solar control off on the right foot. Inspired by "Zorb's IC Crate".

This mod is intended to be used along with and was tested with an item stack increasing mod such as "Stacked!". If you do not use a mod to increase the stack counts of the over-stacked items below, some items may be present in lesser quantities or the mod may not work at all, crash your game and pee on your rug.

Included in this mod are 4 starting crates. (They only appear when starting a new game and which ones appear depend on your chosen difficulty level!) The crates are as follows:
