Tweaker is the one-stop shop for making small tweaks to the game
On game startup, it runs a list of tweak definitions stored in your local tweakfile. From the main menu you can test and add new tweaks with the builtin tweak editor, featuring full autocomplete suggestions. Check the help/examples tab in the tweak editor for info on tweak syntax.
Example tweaks:
prefabs{is Cable}.MaxVoltage*=2 # double max voltage of all cables
static.Centrifuge.RPMToProgressStandard/=2 # halve the processing time for ores in centrifuges
