[VERY OUTDATED. MOST SYSTEMS WILL LIKELY NOT WORK. ONLY LEAVING THIS AVAILABLE FOR THE GENUINELY CURIOUS.]

The first base I've built that I actually thrived in. Not really anything special.

Uses Tallinu's solar tracking code ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1892925984 ) for the solar panels; all the other code is by me (and I'm sure most of it can be done better by someone more competent). I'll warn you now though -- none of it is commented. For me, the aliases have been more or less enough to remember what things do.

Features:

* Automated outdoor light control * Automated storm warning system and light control (turns on outdoor lights during storms) * Secondary buildings (Refinery, Workshop, SatCom Control) isolated by transformers that can be turned off when not in use to cut down on power consumption * Full circuit gas recycling * Kino industrial aesthetics

Known Issues: * There's some sort of lighting bug (at least, on my end) where having a large percentage of the base in view will cause sunlight to shine through the underside of the terrain from under the map. * The CO2 line isn't fully pressurized to its IC setting at the time of saving and so the filtration building will be drawing more power than normal.

The compound is divided into several special-purpose buildings and connected by partially enclosed walkways. Only two buildings are pressurized, and only one is human-breathable.

The sections are as follows:

* System Control -- houses the main power storage, status displays, and some control ICs. Is connected to the Generation Array. The six Diodes on the wall show the health of gas filters throughout the base. They will light up when below 30% capacity remaining; the Filtration units themselves will shut down when down to 5% and will automatically restart when the filters are replaced.

* Generation Array -- 32 reinforced solar panels, 2 wind turbines (to harvest power from storms), backup coal generator, Weather Station and warning/lighting control system.

* Filtration and Recovery -- Automated gas recycling system. Will shut down when the last filter on a machine is down to 10% (status can be seen on the diodes in System Control). Will also only run when there is sufficient pressure in the waste line. When the CO2 line is low, will open up a breather vent to draw more in. When waste line pressure is too high it will blow off the excess. Has lockers and shelving with spare parts and extra filters.

* Refinery -- advanced furnace sealed inside vacuum chamber with remote controls. Waste gases are vented to a holding tank that will only empty out into the main waste return when the temperature is below 300K.

* Workshop -- Houses printers (except security printer which I never bothered making) and automated recycling system. Recycling will separate and eject Reagent Mix and automatically smelt anything else. Outputs of all Printers are fed into a unified chute and collected in a Stacker.

* Hydroponics -- Pressurized CO2 atmosphere for food production. Has food preparation and composting equipment. Features its own Large Station Battery for backup. Has a locker in Life Support with replacement filters.

* Habitat -- The only breathable atmosphere in the building. Features cryo-pod (with wall-mounted power switch), suit rack, bed, furniture, water bottle filler, fridge, and chemistry station. Features its own Large Station Battery for backup. Has a locker in Life Support with replacement filters.

* Motorpool -- Garage for storing a MK I Rover.

* SatCom Control -- Trading system and landing pad.
