if you generate a nav mesh for a workshop map, it'll be stored in tf/maps/workshop/ with a "ugc" followed by the workshop id before the file extension, like "ctf_2fortclub2.ugc921669959.nav".
rename the nav mesh to remove the ugc portion, then move it into the tf/maps directory and bots should work on that map. you'll have to do that every time you update the nav mesh.
