The compound has been receiving noise complaints.
Earlier this evening, locals reported strange sounds coming from the construction yard near Milrows Street. Authorities have investigated the site and found what appears to be animal remains in the sewers pipes. The noises reported earlier tonight haven't been heard our reporters on scene, we'll keep you updated as more information becomes available, and now weather...
