Heads-Up: Compared to other similar submissions on the workshop, this one is not some replacement mod. It is a rewrite to add the pip-boy to the pda with custom stuff.
A rework of the Engineer's Pip-Boy that moves the existing item into the PDA slot and integrates it properly with both the Build and Destroy PDAs. It adds dedicated first- and third-person animations, a separate Destroy PDA appearance, updated textures, HUD/loadout presentation, and keeps the normal PDA functionality intact. It's also persistent in the First Person Viewmodel while you have the Pip-Boy Equipped.
Works with 'pda_click'!
Also fixed the bugs for the Pip-Boy named on the TF2 Wiki: - Gamepad related bugs fixed. - Respawn UI bugs fixed.

(Valve, maybe if you add this, a Strange Pip-Boy or Pip-Boy Strangifier drop? According to the TF2 Wiki: "The Pip-Boy is set up to be in Strange quality; however, no Strange variant has been released. It would count Sentry Gun kills.")
