Blu team got a word that this facility is back in action even after that destructively explosive raid back in summer, of course they send a spy to confirm that, pretending to be a beggar outside of an "abandoned" building situated in the middle of nowhere might not have been the best idea and the big footprint on his bottom is a sure sign of that, but it did give them enough information to prepare another attack plan nevermind it closely mimicking their first one.
