YOU NEED AN ALICEPACK FOR THE CRAFTING RECIPE so make sure to give it to yourself or to install the mod "Crafting Alicepack California 2" to be able to acquire it without commands.

Alicepack U1 ID 26000 8x10 (80 slots) Craftable from a vanilla alicepack, cloth, metal scrap and chemicals
Alicepack U2 ID 26001 9x12 (108 slots) Craftable from U1, cloth, metal scrap, tape, steel bars and chemicals
Alicepack U3 ID 26002 10x14 (140 slots) Craftable from U2, cloth, metal scrap, tape, steel bars and chemicals (same recipe but more materials required)
They don't spawn naturally, that's what the crafting recipe is for. You need a blowtorch for the recipes.
