Россия имела дикую неприязнь к Украине. В последствыии верхушка этой страны решило уничтожить народ Украины за счет изменения генома человека с течением времени. Это должно было выглядеть незаметно, но в скоре план был раскрыт и правительство Украины приняло меры по эвакуации людей с зараженных територий. Но из-за недостатка мест и времени не все смогли эвакуироваться и часть людей за неимением другого варианта спустились в подвалы своих домов. В скоре зараженные вышли на улици городов, а под землей начались споры о выходе на поверхность в результате которых зараженные проникли в подвалы.
