Tiny dimension (it can fit in every lake, narrow river & swamp in every vanila map, no stuck under bridge anymore) 2. slow speed (to enjoying the view, i reduce speed to 44 km/h, so you can enjoy your journey) 3. has horn 4. exit inside boat (if you exit from the boat, now your character will stay inside boat instead of stay at roof / on the water) 5. small size (only 7mb) 6. can fit 5 people (bring your friend in houseboat journey!) 7. now with headlight (don't be scare of night)
