This mod essentially adds content involving cannibalism, organ trafficking, and tailoring with human skin to Unturned. It’s mostly a satirical project and isn’t meant to be scary.
I made the first version of this mod in about a week, and that’s how I learned to build barricades and gained some experience with Unturned’s modding.
This mod includes two shades of human corpse skin: one colored and one white. I’ve noticed that some people use the first option to make racist and hateful comments, and as a Peruvian, I completely reject these practices.

Can i use this mod for my server and monetize it? Yes.
Can i reupload this mod? No. Unless given permission by the author.
How can i get the corpses? You have two options for obtaining corpses, regardless of skin tone: Craft one using a kitchen knife, a machete, or a butterfly knife, but this will kill your character and drain all their hunger, food, and radiation if you don’t die, and the item you used will be consumed. The other option is to use plugins on your server to drop a corpse upon death.
