More Military Backpacks (Elver)

This is meant to add the More Alicepack Sizes mod to the Elver map that does not spawn Alicepacks. Elver spawns a new item with a different ID called the Military Backpack. It is almost exactly the same, it only has a different color. If you want bigger backpacks, this will do just that.

Having this much inventory space somewhat messes with the game balance, so if you have any suggestions to make these more difficult to get I would love to hear them.

There is a hard limit on how many individual items can be in a single type of inventory at once. Unturned seems to only allow 200 individual items into a single inventory. You can use all 364 slots of the largest backpack by having larger items that take up more space. For example: You cannot hold more than 200 individual scrap metal (in a single piece of clothing) because of Unturned's limits. However, you can hold an entire backpacks worth of logs, because they take up two inventory slots each (only 182 logs to fill the biggest backpack).
