Southern China - Official Add-on

This add-on is created by CitrusChonk, a member of the Southern China development team, and is an officially recognized derivative work.

Content Includes:

Unlocks all three main storylines at once.

Adds extra items.

Neon Blue faction players can call in orbital supply drops.

Usage: Simply subscribe! It activates automatically upon joining the game after completing the "[Main quest] (Act II: The story continues) P1 A warmup" mission. The content is fully integrated into the Southern China map. Just subscribe and download; no modifications to the map or save files are needed.

Update: Mortar Support unlockable via purchase (from Advanced Weapons Technician) after completing the Mortar Squad mission in Bunker 813 during the PLA storyline.

Update (Jun 1): Added PLA fire support: PLZ-155mm self-propelled howitzer barrage.

Update (Jun 23): Mortar adopted into main map as storyline item. Changed unlock trigger: completing the "P1 A warmup" mission now automatically unlocks all main stories.

Update (Jul 9): Shield Generators now use a new obstacle spawn hook (shields face user direction). Added crafting recipes between deployed Shields and Generators.

Update (Jul 15): Fixed server-side spawn bug for throwable effects.

Update (Jul 18): Players can repurchase from Henry post-"Plague Vanguard" quest. Dual-Wield Plague Vanguard SMG added. Bricks craftable from vanilla bricks.

Update (Jul 24, 25): Shields can no longer be placed on vehicles. Reduced howitzer barrage area but increased density for performance. Fixed Dual-Wield Plague Vanguard crafting and Fire Star detection bugs.

Update (Jan 23, 2026): Officially renamed to "Southern China - Official Add-on" and fixed the collision damage issue with thrown shields.

Update (1.24) fixed the issue where dome shields were spawning in the wrong locations, increased the height of the Neon Airdrop supply boxes to prevent them from getting stuck underground and becoming uninteractive.
