Can i reupload this?

Yeah ofcourse.for personal purpose is ok.even simply rewrite the dat file would work.but plz dont use this to get credits.that's kinda annyoing(like selling it with real money or something.but i am ok with gets some credits from players that think your server is nice)

Why they cant spawn in the map?

They will only spawned in Kuwait so...sorry mate
