About BiomeDifficultyProgression

From Thunderstore

Adjust the game's difficulty by tweaking enemy base damage and health separately for each biome. You can also set modifiers for dungeons and individual creatures.

Description

  • Adjust the base damage, final damage and health of creatures per biome, globally, in dungeons, or for individual creatures. Base damage is modified before resistances, armor and blocking; final damage is modified afterwards.
  • This mod can help balance the difficulty when using mods such as 'EpicLoot'. You can keep the standard difficulty in earlier biomes while significantly increasing it in later biomes once enhanced items become too powerful.
  • Fully compatible with the 'CreatureLevelAndLootControl' mod.

Release notes:

v1.6.0

  • Added final damage modifiers and fixed an issue with clearing custom modifiers.
  • Reconfigure damage settings. Custom modifier format: prefab:baseDamage:finalDamage:health (percentages).

v1.5.0

  • Introduced global damage and health modifiers that stack multiplicatively with biome, dungeon and custom modifiers.
  • Removed 'All' from the biome list, as it was a dummy biome with no effect.

v1.3.3

  • Fixed a bug that prevented dungeon modifiers from being applied when the base modifiers were unchanged (i.e., 100%). Dungeon modifiers can now be applied regardless of the base modifiers for each biome.
  • Dungeon modifiers no longer apply to bosses (e.g., The Queen).

v1.3.2

  • Hosting the mod on a dedicated server on any platform is now possible.

v1.3.1

  • Expanded the 'Custom Modifiers' field for a better user interface.

v1.3.0

  • Added the option to apply extra modifiers to creatures spawned in dungeons.

v1.2.0

  • Added the option to enable or disable custom modifiers for tamed creatures. By default, tamed creatures are no longer affected.

v1.1.0

  • Added the option to adjust the base damage and health of individual creatures.

v1.0.0

  • Initial release.
