About PerPlayerDifficulty

From Thunderstore

Adjust the game difficulty for each player. For example, you can make the game more forgiving for a friend who has just started.

Description

  • Configure damage inflicted and damage taken separately for each player. For example, you can make the game more forgiving for a friend who has just started.
  • This mod was originally requested by the user 'KernekraftKnut' on Discord.

Configuration

Choose when each modifier applies using two admin-only settings:

  • Player Damage Inflicted After Reductions (default: enabled).
  • Player Damage Taken After Reductions (default: enabled).

Enabled applies the modifier after resistances, armor and blocking; disabled applies it before these reductions.

Format:

player_name_1:damage_inflicted_in_percentage:damage_taken_in_percentage,player_name_2:damage_inflicted_in_percentage:damage_taken_in_percentage,(...)

Example:

Alpus:75:150,Friend:100:50 - Alpus will deal 75% of normal damage to enemies and take 150% of normal damage from enemies; Friend will deal normal damage but take only half the normal damage from enemies.
