Gives you an easy to use toggle for every monster, crop, and metal ore drops...
Monster drops now controlled with YMl called CreatureDrops.yml
Add entry to yml like Boar: 0 ....And it will remove the drops totally... Remove the Entry for normal behavior. Add .1 - 1 for percent chance on all drops.
Remove entry and restart server for vanilla drop behavior
