Allows you to use Surtling cores to speed up boats, can now choose a different item in the config

SERVER SYNCED

Allows you to use Surtling cores (or configeured item) to speed up boats, letting them move faster and against the wind.

To use add a Surtling core to the boat inventory, control the boat then press shift to enable or disable.

Available config options:

SecsPerCore - Seconds of full speed travel per core. 5 minutes by default

SpeedBack, SpeedSlow, SpeedHalf, SpeedFull - Amount of speed the Surtling core adds

CheatMode - Allow free usage
