Boss Stars After Defeat

An add-on for Star Level System that ties creature and boss stars to your boss progression.

Creature stars

Fixed chance per star. Every boss you defeat raises the star cap of the biomes before it (one boss behind) up to 5 stars; after that, two more bosses raise the chances.

Boss stars

• A boss has no stars until it has been defeated once (its defeat key is set).
• After that: 20% / 10% / 5% for 1★ / 2★ / 3★. Two bosses later 4★ unlocks (20 / 12.5 / 7.5 / 3.75%), three bosses

later 5★ (20 / 15 / 10 / 5 / 2.5%).

Damage

SLS adds damage per star. With Per-star damage on, normal creatures deal +50% / +100% / +150% / +175% / +200% at 1-5 stars (instead of +200% / +250% at 4-5), and creatures in the Ocean get no extra damage from stars (boats). Health and size stay as SLS sets them.

Trophies

• Normal creatures: minimum trophy chance per star (default 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 37.5 / 50% at 0-5 stars). Creatures with

a higher vanilla chance keep theirs.

• Bosses: trophy count × 1.5 per star (fractions rounded randomly), on top of Epic Loot's one-per-player count.

Notes

• Install on every client and the server: whoever owns a creature rolls its stars.
• Built against Star Level System 1.23.1 internals; a later SLS update may need an update of this mod.
• Existing creatures keep their stars; only newly spawned creatures use the tables.
