From ThunderstoreFixes for MasterCooking: food stats no longer creep up, healing bonus works over time, tooltips show the Cooking bonus, and crafting food trains Cooking.
MasterCooking Fixes
Fixes and additions for MasterCooking. It uses MasterCooking's own settings (Health/Stamina/Regen/Eitr/Duration factors, experience factor, DisableStatDecay).
Fixes
- Food stats creeping up: MasterCooking multiplied food stats and divided them back afterwards, but skipped the
divide when eating failed or a food ran out during an update, so food got permanently stronger during a session. Its food hooks are replaced with versions that always restore the exact original values.
- Healing bonus: the RegenFactor now also applies while the food is active, not only at the moment you eat.
- DisableStatDecay reimplemented against the unboosted values.
Additions
- Tooltips show the Cooking bonus: the crafting screen shows e.g.
40 +10, items you own show the boosted value. - Crafting food trains Cooking at any station (cauldron, workbench, modded stations such as the HoneyPlus apiary)
and when crafting from the inventory. MasterCooking's ExperienceGainFactor applies.
