About ShardExclusivity
From ThunderstoreEpic Loot: shardstones can be socketed even when an effect already on the item would normally exclude them. Enchanting and loot keep the normal rules.

Shard Exclusivity
In Epic Loot, effects can exclude other effects (for example Elemental Damage Dealt excludes every Add X Damage), and shardstones follow those rules. So a shard often cannot go into a weapon that already has a damage enchantment. This mod ignores the exclusion list while a shardstone (not a runestone) is being socketed.
