Forge of Potential no longer destroys your item. A failed upgrade only downgrades it at the cost of the idol.

- No more lost items - failing drops the item's level instead
- Trophy bonuses - use any trophy to raise your success chance; boss trophies guarantee success for their tier of gear
- Fail spawns - optionally spawn monsters when an upgrade fails
