Ranching profession perks for the Vargheim server. Needs VargheimProfessions; does nothing on servers that don't run it.

Every animal needs a breeding partner at least 5 m away (applies to everyone).

• 1.1.3: Stockman now says so: untamed mod-added creatures show "Needs a Rancher (level 25) nearby to tame" on hover, and a message when taming is refused (it was silent).
• 1.1.1: Herd breeder now really speeds up breeding (pregnancy chance).
• 1.1.0 — Tanned Hide (synergy with Blacksmithing). Winter herd: hooks the Seasons breeding multiplier so winter (set to 0 in the Seasons config) still allows breeding near a rancher. New settings WinterHerdLevel (25) and WinterHerdMultiplier (0.5).
