• 30 Crew bonus: +3% speed per player aboard, up to +15%, when you steer.
• 35 Christening: name ships you built (Shift + use on the rudder); shown on hover and your map.
• 40 Hull patch: repair the ship at sea (Professions window).
• 50 Storm rider: +15% speed in storms and strong wind.
• 60 Icebreaker: larger ships you build smash winter ice and keep sailing on the frozen ocean, slower.
• 75 Sea chart: everyone aboard reveals the map at your radius.
• 100 Admiral: ships you build have +25% health and show who built them.
