An automated dungeon reset mod for Valheim servers. MoreDungeonResets safely and cleanly wipes and regenerates all dungeon interiors (including the Mistlands Citadel) on a customizable timer, keeping your world fresh without destroying player bases or lagging your server (too much).

🚀 Features

• Lazy-Evaluation Engine: Dungeons are evaluated as players explore the world or wake up in the morning. This spreads out the load, ensuring your server never freezes or crashes trying to reset the entire world at once.
• 100% Player Safety:
• Will never delete a dungeon if a player is actively inside exploring.
• Uses a strict sky-high bounding box (Y: 4000+). Your surface-level player bases, portals, and buildings are guaranteed to be safe from the wipe.
• The "Fresh Queen" Fix: Vanilla Valheim mods struggle to properly reset the Mistlands Infested Citadel (The Queen's dungeon). This mod includes a custom-built fix that locates the Sealbreaker door on the surface, locks it, and injects a new Queen spawner if the vanilla generator misses it!
• Dynamic Mod Support: The config file dynamically populates itself with any modded dungeons it detects on your server, allowing you to toggle resets on a per-dungeon basis!
• Admin Commands: Use mdr_reset in the console to manually wipe and regenerate the closest dungeon within 50 meters on the fly.

⚙️ Configuration

A configuration file (com.loathe.MoreDungeonResets.cfg) is generated in your BepInEx/config folder upon first launch.

• EnableAutoReset: Master toggle for the mod. (Default: true)
• ResetIntervalDays: How many in-game days must pass before a dungeon is eligible to reset. (Default: 30)
• EnableDebugLogging: Prints detailed evaluation and wiping logs to the console. (Default: false)
• [Dungeons]: A dynamically generated list of every dungeon prefab found in your game. You can individually toggle each one true or false!

⚠️ WARNING - READ BEFORE INSTALLING

When a dungeon resets, the interior is completely wiped. This acts as a factory reset for the location.

Any items dropped on the floor, campfires built, portals placed, or unrecovered player tombstones left inside the dungeon will be permanently atomized when the timer expires. This naturally garbage-collects server clutter, but players should be warned not to leave valuables inside!

Multiplayer Notice: This mod uses distributed physics logic and MUST be installed on BOTH the dedicated server and all connected clients.

🔧 Installation

1. Install BepInExPack Valheim.
2. Drop MoreDungeonResets.dll into your BepInEx/plugins folder.
3. Launch the game once to generate the config file.

📝 Admin Commands

• mdr_reset - Instantly wipes and regenerates the dungeon you are standing outside of. (Requires DevCommands enabled).
