RecipeGate controls recipe progression for the Razaotium Valheim server through its configuration file.
1.0.12: shared discovery - a recipe or building piece learned by one player is learned by every player in the world.
1.0.13: on a dedicated server with ServerCharacters, the recipes of every stored character (including offline players) join the shared list when the world starts.
