⚔️ FastSwap

FastSwap makes changing weapons and putting them on your back smoother in Valheim. Switch weapons without waiting for the equip animation or being slowed to a walk, including while holding Shift to sprint.

🎮 Features

• Instant weapon switching: weapons, bows, shields, torches and hand tools bypass the timed equip/unequip animation queue.
• Switch while sprinting: hold your movement keys and Shift, then press a hotbar key. The keyboard fallback follows your configured hotbar bindings.
• Keep moving: removes the minor-action movement slowdown, including when sheathing or drawing weapons.
• Attack cancel: attacking can interrupt the animation of drawing a weapon from your back; this feature can be disabled in the config.
• Sprint stamina cost: sheathing, drawing or changing hand equipment while running on the ground costs 12 stamina by default. If you lack the required stamina, sprinting stops.
• Normal equipment checks: switching still respects attacks, dodges, swimming away from the ground, broken-item durability and DLC requirements. Armor keeps its normal equip duration.

Existing game key bindings are used; the mod does not add another hotkey.

Launch the game once to create BepInEx/config/com.author.bettersheathing.cfg.

FastSwap retains the plugin identity Better Sheathing and Mobility and its existing config file for compatibility with earlier versions.

📥 Installation

1. Install BepInExPack Valheim.
2. Copy FastSwap.dll into Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/ (or the equivalent folder in your mod-manager profile).
3. Replace your previous FastSwap.dll; keep only one copy of this plugin installed.
4. Start the game. This is a client-side mod; install it on each player's client that should use its features.

FastSwap делает смену оружия и его убирание на спину удобнее в Valheim. Меняйте оружие без ожидания анимации экипировки и замедления до шага, в том числе во время бега с зажатым Shift.

🎮 Возможности

• Мгновенная смена оружия: оружие, луки, щиты, факелы и ручные инструменты обходят очередь анимации экипировки и снятия.
• Смена на бегу: удерживайте клавиши движения и Shift, затем нажмите клавишу панели быстрого доступа. Дополнительная обработка ввода использует назначенные вами клавиши панели.
• Свобода движения: убирается замедление от вспомогательных действий, включая убирание оружия на спину и доставание.
• Отмена атакой: атака может прервать анимацию доставания оружия со спины. Возможность отключается в настройках.
• Расход выносливости на бегу: убирание, доставание и смена предметов в руках во время бега по земле по умолчанию расходуют 12 выносливости. Если её недостаточно, спринт прекращается.
• Проверки игры сохраняются: смена учитывает атаку, перекат, плавание без опоры на землю, поломку предмета и требования DLC. Время надевания брони остаётся стандартным.

Мод использует назначения клавиш игры и не добавляет отдельную горячую клавишу.
