About DragonLord
From ThunderstoreMeet the old Dragon Lord, earn his ring, and ride four dragons: black, red, green and white. Glide, breathe fire, dive bomb and watch it all through a cinematic camera, or let them fight and feast for you. You are the DragonLord.
DragonLord
Ride dragons through the sky and breathe fire. It starts with the old Dragon Lord.
Getting started
- Go outside and shout /s dragon lord to summon the old Dragon Lord. Earn his ring.
- Summon all your dragons with /s dragons, or one at a time: /s black dragon, /s red dragon, /s green dragon, /s white dragon.
- Press E on a saddle to ride. W flies where you look, Left Click breathes fire.
To shout, press Enter and type it in chat. /s dragon commands shows them all.
What's new in 3.0
- Four rideable dragons: Ride any of them and the others fly with you
- Cinematic camera: Press C while riding for movie-style shots as you fly
- Real gliding: Dive and your dragon picks up speed like a fall, then glides it off or zooms back up
- Dragons eat their enemies: Shout /s eat, or /s feast for the whole pack
- A new quest: Earn the old Dragon Lord's ring and become the Dragon Lord
Coming from 2.1? Shout /s dragon lord first to earn the ring, or set RequireRing to false.
The full list is in the Changelog tab. Built for Valheim 1.0.21.
Riding
- W twice: Auto fly. It flies on by itself while you look around; W or S takes back control
- W: Fly where you look. Look down to dive and pick up speed
- A / D: Turn. Tap twice for a barrel roll (the big dragons bank hard instead)
- Space / Ctrl: Up / down. Space twice lands it
- Shift: Faster. S: Brake
- E: Get off (in the air, only when you're low)
- Left Click (hold): Fire breath. Right Click: Roar
- Shift + quick Left Click: Claw strike
- Middle Click: Tail sweep. Shift + Middle Click: Dive bomb where you look
- C: Cinematic camera. Left Alt (hold): Look around
On the ground, WASD walks and Shift runs. Dive hard into deep water and the dragon goes under and bursts back out.
On foot
Off its back, your dragon follows you and fights for you. Press E on its body to make it stay, and again to have it follow you.
Shouts
Type these in chat with /s in front.
- dragon: Summon it, or call it to you. dragon leave sends them all away
- follow / stay / land: Basic orders
- ground: Stays on the ground and fights from there. follow ends it
- fly: Soars over you and guards you. circle flies one big loop around you, hover hangs above you
- attack: Goes after what you're looking at. stop calls it off
- burn: Fire fly-by where you're pointing
- dive: Dive bomb where you're pointing. It climbs high, drops straight down and slams into the ground. dive bomb does the same breathing fire
- tail or sweep: It spins round and smashes everything near it with its tail
- dracarys: Circle of fire around you for 30 seconds (lykiri stops it)
- rampage: Burns every enemy nearby (lykiri calms it)
- eat: Eats what you're pointing at, or the nearest enemy. Over water it dives in for a fish
- feast: The pack eats. Sometimes two of them tear one apart in the air
- play: The dragons play together (on foot, with a small dragon out)
- good boy or good girl: It roars
With more dragons out, the small ones join the dive bomb and the burn run.
Your dragons
- The black and Red dragons breathe fire, the green one poison and the white one frost
- The first one you call leads. The others follow it
- Ride any of them: E on its saddle. The others fly with you and breathe when you breathe
- /s green dragon leave sends one away. /s dragons leave sends them all
- The green and white dragons can die in a hard fight. After 30 seconds /s dragons brings them back
The Dragon Lord quest
Walk up to him and he will talk to you. When he asks you to ride with him, press E on his Red dragon's saddle to get on behind him. He won't wait long.
His ring is what calls your dragons. If you die, it's in your grave with the rest of your things: pick it up and your dragon comes back to you. To play the quest again, or if the ring is lost, send your dragons away (/s dragons leave) and call him without the ring on you. The quest starts over and you get a new ring.
With your Red dragon out, /s ride takes you on a guided ride while your other dragons dance round you.
Settings
In the config file, com.mitch.dragonlord.cfg:

- SideDragonsCanDie: false and the small dragons can't be hurt

Ctrl+Shift+Y opens the tuning window: dragon color and much more.
