Description

This mod for Valheim adds analogues of existing building elements, but significantly increased in size. The goal of the mod is to optimize game performance by reducing the number of instances (instances) of objects in the scene, especially in large buildings.

The basic idea: Reduce the load on the system when building large bases by using fewer elements, but larger.

Functionality

• Enlarged analogues: The mod adds enlarged versions of standard building elements (walls, floors, roofs, beams, etc.).
• Balanced Recipes: Recipes for new building elements are configured to match their increased size. This ensures an honest and balanced construction process.
• New tab in the hammer: All enlarged construction items are available in a separate tab in the construction menu (called by the hammer), which makes it easier to find and use new objects.

Why is this necessary?

• Optimization of large buildings: Ideal for players who like to build large and complex bases.
• FPS Boost: Reducing the number of instances in a scene leads to an increase in FPS, especially near large buildings.
• Faster construction process: Using large elements speeds up the construction process, as you need fewer clicks and actions to build walls, floors, and roofs.
• Preserving vanilla style: The mod retains the appearance and style of the original building elements by simply increasing their size.

Installation

1. Install BepInExPack Valheim.
2. Copy the .dll mod file to the BepInEx/plugins folder in your Valheim directory.

Configuration

The mod has no configurable parameters. The sizes of the enlarged items and recipes are configured in advance.

Compatibility

• Compatible with Valheim.
• May not be compatible with other mods that significantly change the construction system or add new building elements.
