Odin's Mantle lets you fuse eligible vanilla cloaks into one mantle and combine their abilities. Fusion is performed through the in-game fusion interface while interacting with a Galdr Table.

Features

• Built-in frost resistance.
• Feather Cape: Feather Fall; fire weakness is removed when Asksvin is also fused.
• Asksvin Cape: configurable Wild Run speed bonus; counters Feather Cape fire weakness.
• Ashen Cape: shared +11 armor, 10% less attack stamina usage, and 20% less block stamina usage.
• Moose Cape: shared +11 armor, 20% less attack stamina usage, and 20% less run stamina usage.
• Cape of the Caller: shared +11 armor, 20% more Eitr regeneration, and 10% less dodge stamina usage.
• Shared armor bonus does not stack across Ashen, Moose, and Caller.
• Fusion capacity is determined by Galdr Table level: levels 2–5 allow up to 2–5 fused cloaks.
• Fusion data is preserved when upgrading Odin's Mantle.
• Each quality upgrade costs 1 Silver and 1 Eitr.

The package manifest declares BepInExPack 5.4.2351 and Jötunn 2.30.2, the versions used in the tested development environment.

Installation with Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman

1. Install Odin's Mantle from Thunderstore (or import the package ZIP as a local mod).
2. Ensure the dependencies listed above are installed and enabled.
3. Launch Valheim using the modded launch option.

Manual installation

1. Install a compatible BepInExPack for Valheim and launch the game once to create the BepInEx folder.
2. Install Jötunn into the same Valheim BepInEx installation.
3. Extract this package into the Valheim game directory, preserving the BepInEx/plugins/OdinsMantle/ folder structure. The plugin DLL should end up at Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/OdinsMantle/OdinsMantle.dll.
4. Launch Valheim and check BepInEx/LogOutput.log for Odin's Mantle startup messages.

For manual installs, dependency versions must be compatible with the Valheim version and with each other. The package does not include BepInEx or Jötunn binaries.

Fusion controls

Craft the base Odin's Mantle at the Galdr Table Tier 2. Have a fuseable cloak in your inventory. The fusion menu key is configurable (default F6) in the BepInEx configuration file. Open the menu while interacting with a Galdr Table, select Odin's Mantle and a source cape, preview the fusion, and confirm it. The source cape is consumed when the fusion succeeds. You will lose any upgrades to source cape.

Support / diagnostics

If the mod fails to load or an effect does not work, attach the relevant section of BepInEx/LogOutput.log along with the Valheim and dependency versions.
