LevelAtFeet

Fixes the hoe's Level Ground tool so it actually flattens terrain to your feet — even next to rocks, cliffs, or steep drops — and can remove the game's hidden, permanent height-change limit.

Features

• Levels to your feet — every click targets the height you're standing at, not the point under the cursor, so clicks add up to a flat result instead of drifting.
• Never silently blocked — clicking near rocks or cliffs always registers.
• Removes the hidden height limit (optional) — fully level out deep pits and tall mounds instead of getting stuck partway forever.
• Resizable tool radius — hold RadiusScrollKey (default Left Ctrl) and tap ] / [ to resize from 1 to 10m, same convention as brush-size hotkeys in image/3D editors. A live circle and an on-screen number track the radius instantly.
• Grass clearing matches the resized radius — clearing around a "Level Ground" click now always follows your current size, not just the tool's default.

This mod only changes terrain height. It does not destroy rocks, ore, or trees — that's still up to your pickaxe or axe, on purpose.

Installation

1. Install BepInExPack Valheim.
2. Place LevelAtFeet.dll in BepInEx/plugins/LevelAtFeet/.
3. Launch the game — a config file is created automatically on first run.

Configuration

Config file: BepInEx/config/com.matviy.levelatfeet.cfg (appears after the first run).

About

I made this for my own world and my brother's, mainly to stop fighting with lumpy building sites near rock outcrops — sharing it in case it's useful to anyone else.

Мод, що виправляє інструмент "Вирівняти землю" (хоу), щоб він дійсно рівняв рельєф до висоти, на якій стоїть гравець — навіть біля каменів, скель чи крутих перепадів. Також може знімати прихований, назавжди збережений ліміт зміни висоти рельєфу.

Що робить мод:

• Рівняє до висоти під ногами — кожен клік цілиться в висоту гравця, а не в точку під курсором.
• Клік більше не блокується мовчки — біля каменів і скель усе тепер спрацьовує.
• Знімає прихований ліміт висоти (опційно) — дозволяє повністю довести до кінця глибокі ями чи високі гори.
• Зміна радіуса на льоту — тримай RadiusScrollKey (за замовчуванням Left Ctrl) і тисни ] / [, щоб змінити радіус від 1 до 10м. Жива окружність і число на екрані оновлюються миттєво.
• Очищення трави тепер теж враховує змінений радіус — а не лишається на початковому радіусі інструмента.

Мод змінює лише висоту рельєфу. Він НЕ знищує каміння, руду чи дерева — це свідомо залишено кирці й сокирі.

Встановлення:

1. Встанови BepInExPack Valheim.
2. Закинь LevelAtFeet.dll у BepInEx/plugins/LevelAtFeet/.
3. Запусти гру — файл конфігу створюється сам при першому запуску.

Налаштування — у файлі BepInEx/config/com.matviy.levelatfeet.cfg після першого запуску, назви ключів ті самі, що в таблиці вище.
